Learn from Canada
Well, here in Canada we try to get along and we appologise a lot. Yes. half the time it is not sincere, but so what! If you know you can die of exposure if they thow you out of the igloo , you learn to say "i am sorry" and "let's just forget about it".

A very good showing of using speach instead of violence, violence should be the very last option! I would hope our creator had that in built in us from the "In the Beginning!"

The guy with the gun is deaf?
I watched the video twice and got the distinct impression (I could be wrong) that the "girl" was using sign language because she realized the guy was deaf. As a matter of fact, both of them seemed to be deaf since both were shouting at each other and neither seemed to be listening. How can you reason when you are not listening?. On the other hand, could the video be intimating that women are more reasonable, or at least are better at listening?
